Parse EurovisionWorld Data

This section can be used to copy and paste information about a particular year in Eurovision from the website EurovisionWorld. First, find the information for a particular year and then copy the tabular data from top to bottom, and paste it in the text area below.


Acceptable Format

The format in which the data should be pasted follows the following constraints in order to be accepted in the database and be successfully parsed by the algorithm (check the other column for manual inspection):

  • A repeating pattern of 6 lines per song with no empty lines in between.
  • Those six lines should represent the following data in order: rank, country, song title, artist, points, running order.
  • If the rank line is anything other than a number, it will be null, which is ok.
